Race for the Cure at the Liston

The imagecorfu team’s Race for the Cure gathering starts at the Liston in Corfu Town at 11:00 on Saturday 3 October. The breast cancer awareness event includes a 5 km run or a 2 km walk.

Free Philharmonic Concerts in Corfu Town

7 October: History and Live Music in Corfu Town

Battle of Lepanto Memorial Ceremony

A ceremony remembering the Ionian Islanders who died in the 1571 Battle of Lepanto takes place at 11:00 on 7 October.

The main commemoration is at the Fallen Heroes memorial by the Old Port, opposite the Ionian Islands regional offices. The published programme includes a memorial service, an address and wreath laying.

A Filetta Concert at the Old Fortress

Corsican vocal ensemble A Filetta performs at the Church of Saint George inside Corfu’s Old Fortress at 20:30 on Wednesday 7 October.

Christoforos Zaralikos performs 200+4 Years Borrowed, 1821–2025 at Orfeas on Friday 23 October at 21:30.

22–23 October: Public Discussions on Artificial Intelligence

Ionian University’s international conference Re-examining AI / Rethinking Modernity takes place at the Ionian Academy in Corfu Town on 22 and 23 October.

Under the Sun of Summer brings together 46 works by Alekos Fassianos at the Corfu branch of the National Gallery in Kato Korakiana.
